Influenced by his parents and his passion for culinary arts, Faraz brings to you Tandoor Char House. This restaurant is a representation of his love for his family as well as his unique approach to fine dining. Faraz's parents, Father from India and Mother from Pakistan, were famed amongst their friends for their generous dinners. His father was accustomed to the best food and no cook could reach his high standards except for Faraz's mother. Amazed by his mothers simmering of stews in the Karhai to his fathers rare but delicious marination of charred meats Faraz has started Tandoor Char House. Their style and precision had a great impact on him and left him curious and mesmerized. He devoted many years in the kitchen perfecting this collection of recipes, many of which came from his parents, and some he developed on his own.
